A stair shock-absorbing and anti-collapse bearing (hereinafter referred to as LTZZ) is set between the lower end of the stair riser and the ladder beam to release the "shear bracing" effect of the riser under earthquake action and weaken the impact of stair components on the seismic performance of the main structure. At the same time, LTZZ, as the second line of defense, ensures that the stair structure has sufficient redundancy end and (continuous) collapse resistance, so that the function of the stairwell as the main escape channel is not interrupted in the event of a major earthquake, and plays the role of a "safety island".
Compared with the 11G101-2 sliding bearing, the stair isolation and anti-collapse rubber bearing has four advantages:
1. Safer — the stairs will not fall off during a major earthquake, and the stairwell will not produce brittle continuous collapse damage during a major earthquake or super earthquake!
2. More beautiful — a "deformation zone" is reserved inside the shock-absorbing support, and the building surface at the connection between the lower end of the stairs and the rest platform can be continuously set as usual.
3. Smaller seismic force — the shock-absorbing support increases the damping ratio of the stairwell, effectively reducing the seismic effect of the stair components.
4. The construction is more convenient — during construction, the isolation bearing is placed between the ladder beam and the ladder plate binding steel bars. After positioning, the whole can be cast in place.
Applications:
It is suitable for reinforced concrete frame structure, frame part of frame-shear wall (core tube) structure and steel frame (support) structure in seismic fortification intensity 6-9 seismic zone.
